I attended Agnes Scott College from 2009-2013, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a 3.98 GPA. During that time I spent a year studying philosophy at The University of Oxford, Lady Margaret Hall, and also received a study abroad grant to participate in the St. Peter's College Oxford summer literature program, taking a course on Shakespeare.

I completed my M.Phil in Classics at Trinity College Dublin in 2014 with distinction.

I was the recipient of the Agnes Scott Philosophy award, a cash prize for best student essay on two occassions. I was also offered the DAAD (German Academic Exchange) fellowship for study at Humboldt University Berlin in 2013.

I am a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Sigma Tau, the national honor societies for the humanities and philosophy, respectively.

I have attended numerous academic conferences, presenting at the Tennessee Philosophical Association conference in 2010, The University of Toronto in 2013, and the Agnes Scott Spring Annual Research Conference in 2011 and 2013. I have participated in The Royal Institute of Philosophy Conference in Dublin in 2014, The Joint Session Annual Conference in Cambridge, UK in 2014, and the Workshop on Moral testimony in Zürich in 2014. I served as a session chair at the Workshop for Female Graduate Students and Early Career Researchers in Ancient Philosophy at Humboldt-Unversität zu Berlin in 2014.
